Yes u can even check it past 12mn and it will reflect the new day last called queue number. So at the end of the day, base on the flats selected, u can roughly calculated the drop out rate

3 We wish to clarify that the option to opt for floor finishes (bedroom/living/dining areas) under the Optional Component Scheme (OCS) is only applicable for new flats offered during initial sale launch under the Build-To-Order (BTO) exercise. For balance flats subsequently sold under our Sale of Balance Flats (SBF) or Re-Offer of Balance Flats (ROF) exercise, the OCS option will no longer be available. This is so as our building contractors would have ordered the materials and made provisions to install the flooring finishes so that there would be no delay in the completion of the flats. Hence we are sorry that we are unable to provide the floor finishes to your new flat.

Actually for the Clementi 5 Room. I’m surprised there’s still 2 no selection. Aren’t today’s 5 literally the first 5 balloted numbers. I would have thought that dropout rates start later down the line and not in the first 5.

Maybe is the cost or just a better option appear? U will be surprised, my bukit merah 4 room has a high drop out rate: first 5 only 1 choose. Next 4, 3 choose. Today another 4, only 1 choose. So total is 13 pax but only 5 choosen

Do note that HDB will be announcing new initiative for first timer to buy a new HDB flat in Sept 2019.
The aug BTO will be postponed to sept so that more 1st timer buyer can benefit for the new scheme.

I may be giving up my SBF selection (5 room Tempanese) so as to enjoy more subsidy to be announced in sept.

What scheme? Thought they only raise the income ceiling to 14k only.

Normally the HDB new scheme will only apply to New application.
So I guess May SBF is not entitle. And that is the reason why they postpone the Aug BTO to sept BTO so that more people can benefit.
