How does HDB do the selection process. 2 room first followed by 3 rm, and than 4 and 5 room or what is their order like. Anyone knows?

They do start in order but they will not wait till 1 type finished to proceed to next. So there will be a time where there is selection for all type of rooms

My 5 room tampines preference will be Green Weave --> Green Vines --> Green Foliage

Think green dew is abit too far end, I try to avoid.

Any suggestion from those eyeing 5 rm tampines?

This SBF tampines got too many projects available, so too much info. I'm only hoping for a unit that is >#6 and no west sun.

How do you guys shortlist the priority of the projects ah? Example what makes Greenfoliage an ideal project and not Greenridges?

Well for me it’s mainly due to the Probable Completion Date that suited me better. Plus, my q no. of 15x probably means that I won’t even have a chance at those projects nearing completion anyway lol.

Just called HDB and was told BB 5R selection tentatively starts 8/9 October.

I wonder how to check if unit is west-facing or not, without the need to go down to the unit to check.

Any thoughts on those units staying together with those 2-room flexi lease units?

For Tampines 5 room, today is the second day of selection. Queue number from 16 to 30.
My selection is next tuesday number 12X. Hope can get the high floor unit because low floor will be very difficult to sell if we sell in 5 years after MOP. Will only consider to select anything above 6 floor.
