Just called HDB and was told BB 5R selection tentatively starts 8/9 October.

Called again and this time CSO said no dates. This is very disruptive because I can’t plan for my work travel.

Base on location, Tampines GreenDew is very near to the new Tampines North Mrt (5 min walk only).
Opposite right of GreenDew is the temp bus interchange and will be the new transport Hub.
It is worth to wait 1.5 to 2 years for GreenDew to complete.
I will definitely select Green Dew.

It really depends on individuals and their needs. Green Dew is extremely near the newer construction sites. It will be very dusty in the first few years, not good for kids. And MRT is only coming in 10 years from now. For the 8 years, you still need to use Tampines MRT station.

I thought the new Mrt is underground.So should not be too destructive.
I thing worth to wait for the 10 years period as any property appreciated need many year, at least must wait 5 years above.
So far not must interest in Tampine Green Dew. So high chance I can get a high floor unit.

Hi all, I can't see the current queue number for tamp 5 room coz I'm not given appointment date yet.. Those who can see, is there any appointment ongoing today? If yes, number is probably 61 to 75?

Today 5 room tampines queue number is 31 to 45.
So far 3 person drop out of 30, about 10% dropout rate.

Wow that is such a good number!!! 14x is so far don't even need to look at a project I guess... Which one are u looking at? Today 5 more units taken up! Any ideas what's the queue number now? Somehow I don't get to see what is the queue number now

Hi.

I see that the take up rate for 3GN flats at west coast crescent is extremely low? Anyone can help to shed some light why this is so? I would have thought that since its overseeing the west coast sea, the take up rate will he much higher??

Am I missing anything here? Appreciate your inputs.
