It seems like they do roughly 10 appts a day so you can actually manually count to estimate your selection day. I counted excluding weekends and it was pretty accurate.

Just wondering, 2 drop out means what? They decided not bid for the project or they might be late for the selection? If they missed the queue, does it mean they can come back the second day morning and continue to choose? Thanks in advance

Dropout means they gave up the chance to select due various reason such as couple divorce, no financial means etc

I only counted for mine (tamp 5rm). So I would assume tamp 4rm is separate one! Since they have different flat selections going on at the same time, not just 1 type.

Not really. They will ramp up as the process goes on as they expect a higher drop out rates at the tail end due to not much units left or racial quota.

It is a upward trend as they call more appt. some days may have zero appt too. Dont forget there are ongoing selection for bto, sbf, rof, open pool. And all different projects different queue numbers
