Hello! Can I check, if i'm 1st timer and decided to forgo my selection chance in this SBF, when i apply for the next BTO, will it be considered as 1st or 2nd timer? Cos I see from earlier posts, we have 2x 1st timer chance?

Ok so i just checked my Hdbpage and my grant is approved. But there are no details yet for my key collection. I really hope its soon. Anyone experienced this?

Alright from my experience, a few items matters.

First the items u need to get in order and approved before hdb can even process the lease signing/key collection:

Grants to be approved
HLE to be approved if it expires before the lease signing/key collection date.

And if the flat is already completed and keys are ready, hdb can process faster for you. Drop your customer relationship manager assigned to u a call and tell her you would like to process the lease signing/key collection as the keys are ready.

For mine, i called in yesterday and today they fixed a appointment for my lease signing and key collection in two weeks time.

Hi Murvin, may I know how long does it take from your flat application to grant approval? Did u submit your grant application prior to booking your unit?

Hi i actually applied for grant only on the day of flat selection and it took about 2 weeks for it to get approved.

If no more selection or Wan to forego the flat still to go down for appointment or just skip?

Just skip then will consider as one chance gone?

If you go for appt and explain to the officer say left only 2nd floor units blah blah blah... maybe they will give chance?

Thanks Murvin!! I also applied on day of selection, but it’s has been a week and under myHDB page, it still shows that no grant application was submitted.

Thank you
Plan to call in to check
May I know how long your grant is approved?

I didnt take any grant. Mine was only my hle cos it expired after i book my flat.

The system didnt allow me to reapply a new hle until i emailed them. From that on, it barely took a week to approve my hle n get my collection date
