SBF er,are you sure is best interest for your family ?
SBF is like a short cut . But what is the chance u can get? I know the prize is sweet,,ready, your preferred location etc.

Since 18k applications
on sbf,bto is sure win in some usually hot localities like toa payoh. Say 3 room, sure win.. only 1 to 1..yes u have to wait few year's.. but at last u get something.

If there is no sbf, i guess 10 application for one unit.

Those deciding BTO or SBF

last 4ish hrs before closing on registration

it gonna be busy 6-7 weeks for them to sort out with computer ballot system result upon us

The ratio should be higher.

At least 15pax to 1 unit

The SBF application rates are ridiculous. The demand so high and supply so little haizzzz. Almost every mature estate has 10 first timer couples fighting for 1 4-room unit. :rolleyes:

Therefore i ask SBF er switch to BTO . like toa payoh 3 room.. the low application ratio is once in 10 years chance.

Yes. BTO price was at August 2020.
Just about one year 10 months, Urban Ville price already adjusted up around $40,000.
Because everything has gone up. Materials, worker and cost etc...
u mean they will build those units not sold slower and different time frame from the rest of the project?

applied to both BTO & SBF

If an applicant invited for a selection but does not select a flat even though there are units available for selection and ethnic quota, the applicant would be accorded one count of non-selection. For first-timer applicants with two counts of non-selection of flat, their subsequent applications will be placed under the second-timer status for a period of one year.

hdb seem to have took down those sbf listing, anywhere to still check?
If those town you applied for sbf or bto

you may view the project information on the HDB Flat Portal > My Profile.

if others town not within your selection, need to Google it & pray able to find it - usually their Annex form
