I think if apply sembawang sobf cfm will get it cos not many people interested. with the upcoming mrt and amenities, the place shld b ok in the future..

Go to flat details and select Queenstown. Filter the flat types and search. You will see the available blocks and units.

Click the block you want and select site plan.

if i have selected a flat last month in Oct under the May SOBF but have yet to sign the lease agreement, can i still apply for bto or sobf this time round?

once you forfeit your option fee, you will be banned from getting a BTO/SOBF/DBSS for a one-year period..
