Tio stuck. Applying flat that time ask me for correspond address.

Tried to put my current address, but under column "LEVEL", put anything also no use!

Smaller better.

If rate is 1 means: 100 applicants, 100 units
if rate is 0.5 means 50 applicants, 100 units.
