If got a CMI queue number for Nov 2015 SBF, and go apply for Feb 2016 BTO... ends up with another CMI queue number for Feb 2016 BTO, means I have used up 2 x first timer chance?

Considered use up only if they invite you for selection and you no show..

But also depends on the leftover unit, sometimes HDB at their discretion decides not to penalise you..

Let's say, I turn up for the unit selection but only left ground or 2nd floors.... it is not a No-Show. But really nothing to choose. Still considered use up 1 time?

That would be see HDB's mood..Usually they dont penalise for that but hard to say ba..

i believe if you turn out for the unit selection, you can explain to cso who is attending to you. if he/she is agree then mostly you will not considered using the up the 1 time, better then they send you a warning letter for no show right?

i don't think there is a warning letter for no show, balloted for sobf previously and my number was within the number of flats available. cso called me on the day of selection and asked if i was coming but i told her the choices not to my liking and she laughed it off and said better luck next time then!

Provided both cmi number call you up for selection and you reject both.

Oh... We should be expecting a call on the phone if any should they want to get us to go over? Not an email or something? Because I am not in Singapore right now since last week result and I didn't put in my sg simcard in my phone!
