Choose either BTO or SOBF. Cant have best of both world

actually why cannot choose the block number for SOBF? Only can choose estate and room type. What if the queue number is big?

No choice, apply flat is like buying lottery. I got small q no but choice of flat also kena selected by ppl infront of me. Gotta settle with back up options.

Usually will be earlier by 1 quarter

Search under flat details and you are able to check out under the estate what flats are there

If calculated that after the grants, I do not have to apply loan from HDB. Do I still need to apply HLE? I'm afraid sekali cannot get grant then cham! Got such cases as cannot get grant?

Fastest I heard is 9 months..lets see when mine is completed since almost 90% of the blk is complete except for the road leading to the car park..

During visits to the site, the contractor was saying my blk should be the 1st around 1Q next year..

They will let u know before hand then you can standby to sell..if by then cannot then call in or write in to appeal..usually okay one..
