The application is closed since end of last month. But there's another upcoming launch in Feb. You can check again then to see if ghim moh is still available.

yes i have the same thinking as you Gixxerfied bro, i do not think so there is any sbf on sale on feb and i think only on the mid year close to mid year that range? plus minus? who know man if our minister change his idea or so.. then maybe will have the sobf earlier haha..

The usual practise is mid and end year..

LAst year was unusual becos they skip Aug and had sobf in May and Nov(Which is still inline with the time line)..

And since Nov SOBF results would only be out mid Feb with Feb launch likely in end Feb, unlikely they will have a good surplus of unit for sobf..

I dun think it will be in February 2016. Most likely is May 2016. I am looking forward to the next SOBF, cos I am intending to get a new flat, so I dun mind if they bring forward from May to feb...

Still think hdb takes very long to process. I want to get my hdb but I also want to know quickly as my backup plan is probably a condo and interest rates are creeping up!!!

I dont think its going to be that long. Seeing most of the sobf estate that was offered being almost finish except for painting and then inspection. Maybe the results will be a lil earlier,.... say middle of feb.
