even if is cheaper, but they already have alternatives to buy resale.
but resale need not fight with the public for flats and they can view as many units they like and also the price. instead of waiting for the ballot then see got luck/chance or not? and boon kheng is a mature estate.. somemore is 500k and above if i not wrong they might be chossing kallang height or kallang trivista is still around that price..

I oso try for sobf.
really dun have then go resales lo.

Coz buy from hdb much more simple.

With retrenchments coming means no job or lower pay of course bad for ppl purchasing beyond what you can afford right? I do you ppl a gentle reminder for your own good also no happy? :s8:

It's a reality and also their choice.

Buyers would have tot about possible retrenchment, down economy before having make their decision so since they choose to go in, why would u wana continue repeating the same thing over and over again?

It's ultimately their choice, cannot pay also their problem.

Got my point? :)

Gunn3r bro, why don't you at 1st place go for the woodlands resale? since you say like cannot get boon keng then go woodlands resale ya?
instead you going to sobf? since you afford a resale (pardon me if my thinking is wrong) so why go sobf and que with the public for flats?

Boon Keng nearer to city and is new flat. I doesn't need put so much money in renovation. Woodlands resale mostly 20 years old house.

If everyone were to worry about retrenchment everyday and not work towards building their own home, isn't it sad?
Is it because of the economic downturn that everyone has to skip meals, not purchase any property, nor head to the malls? And just survive on air every single day.
There's a will, there's a way, so long as you keep your positive vibe and and attitude correct.

No one needs negative vibes nor discouraging words here. If you are facing risk of getting fired, why not go think of a backup plan/solution for yourself than wallowing in self pity here

Hard to say. but majority is all the 1st timer ba sure will be using at least one scheme one. then maybe 2nd timer will use the third child scheme so...

hotline will not reveal this one la, even result out you can check your ballot is on the scheme or public.

guess is only for newly family then would goes there unless parents etc living in sk or punggol.

But i see punggol first timer ratio 2.0 and 2nd timer is 28.2

Means majority apply is 2nd timer?
