Yeah definitely they'll need to release it soon enough. Their turn around time needs to precise, which i think they did quite well by not saying the exact date of any results or release upfront so they can take their own sweet time.

Even emailing them on other queries will take ages for them to reply.

no they didn't reuse for BTO they have a different querystring

I've been looking at the same recycled link for the past 2 years coming 3 years.. :s13:

BTO is BTO..

BTO they will only use the one ending with BTO or BTO1

For sobf since at any point of time only one launch results is shown, they will recycle the link ending with SOBF..

Give you,
May 2015 BTO Results
Nov 2015 BTO Results

Rem guys...if gg for resale after a lousy Q number...
Nv give in to the property agents...now the COV works in a different way...
last time it is agents request for a high cov...now the COV works in opposite way in the way calls valuation.

Eg: u offer a price 330k to buy both seller and buyer agreed...therefore OTP and valuation is exercised.
If valuation is 300k, buyer needs to pay the 30k in cash which is like COV ...if seller backs out the OTP 1k plus 200 valuation will be forfeited. this is called above valuation.

But if seller and buyer agreed on 330k and valuation is 340k...no cash is needed. this is called below valuation.

Agents with exp in selling a certain area they will know how to estimate how much the valuation is..therefore they will price at a price...that is above valuation to make buyer coughs out cash lor..

Now in this soft mkt, we must be firm on the price...its time to bring down the high resale HDB...do not be afraid to slash 50k - 100k off the unreasonable price.

its been too long 3 rm flats costs 300 to 400k....time to push it down to 250+ k

Bro.. For this is seller cough out extra 30k or buer cough out?

For a 30k difference, the seller might as well lose the $1200 and sell at a higher price next time?

Once valuation is done, seller has no say. Only buyer will know the valuation price and only the buyer has the rights to forfeit the deposit or go ahead with the deal.
