i wont la....but alot of gancheong and kiasu sinkies will if the SBF Nov 2015 is not out before one week...
they can tahan till the result one.. wait 3months plus already a few hours or days will not kill them, till the ballots que is out lor..
10 buck for a new plot of land to housing takes 3-4 years to be completed.
by the time is 202X liao.. lor.. so is unlikely..
unless those who die die want bidahari then will throw this 10 bucks.
and some more is very rush lor.. 1 week nia for application windows.
Yeah.. Why would anyone throw $10 now.. Kiasu also not until so stupid leh.. Lol! And it's not first come first serve..

...HDB knows how to make $$ mah...like ERP.

The window for BTO is open till Tuesday and SBF result won't be beyond Feb.. Most of the people who will start applying today will be from outside Nov 15 SBF.
They would have to release results by End Feb isnt it??
