Based on the excel sheet; paying of Starhub bill via app qualify for 7%.
If paid via Starhub website itself it qualify as well?

Yes. Website should qualify as well but don't setup recurring meaning giro.

thats why i am piss haha

my pay did not increase by 50%. Lucky thing is can claim otherwise i will just let ut lapse. My pay already reached the level even before i get the CPA. So whether with that or not doesnt make a difference. Dont understand what kind of logic ISCA based on to charge that rate. No guaranteed min. pay for CA holders yet they dare exploit us.. Crap
