That 0.2% breakdown was provided by SCB's cso when I asked why my cashback don't tally since all my transactions are supposed to be online. He said that this was the transaction that was showing as offline. He actually didn't mention another same transaction with Qoo10 2 days later that also only got 0.2%.

Oic. Cos first time heard qoo10 only have 0.2% using singpost card. Can u share more eg using qoo10 app or website? What is your mode of payment eg visa checkout? Buying gift card?

this month, my Singtel and Starhub bill looks not qualified for 7% rebate. Both paid on COM via their website.

I have encountered this problem often with qoo10. You need to call and insist that this purchase is an online purchase and request for 7%.

Some ppl must call in 1. I reckoned diff system.

Gf has tons of wrong rebate issue monthly for qoo10 purchases.

Hmm, may I know if you're able to identify the differences between your purchases from your gf's? Such as using web/app, type of cc used, checkout methods (eg. Visa checkout, Masterpass, PayPal, etc.), bought items or GC?

When I chat with CSO if pay via app will be STBILL SINGAPORE SG
if pay via online web will be SINGTEL-MYBILL SINGAPORE SG.

I just paid via online web it stated Singtel My Bill, so hopefully still can get rebate this month

I made 1 payment from SingTel app and other from the website in March. Both got 0.2%. Called up and they credited the missing cashback.

Apparently, there are many 0.2% cashback for Mar transactions, including the telcos and qoo10.

how come different CSO say different thing? The CSO say this month statement is a system issue and it will not happen again. That is why many telcos and even qoo10 not counted?

I'm still paying my whole family telco bills using this card.. Very big amount leh.. If not dunno which card to use liao..

Can use DBS Live Fresh Visa card, but 5% cash rebate only

Praying hard that its a 1 time isolated issue.
