CSO got say when they will fix it ma? I going to buy things from qoo10 soon.

CSO on IB Message only told me the system shows MCC no longer online.

So it appears that from this month onwards, no 7% rebate....

Any others with other explanation from other CSOs?

Oic. Cos first time heard qoo10 only have 0.2% using singpost card. Can u share more eg using qoo10 app or website? What is your mode of payment eg visa checkout? Buying gift card?

Hello, I bought GC using phone app.

Got a reply from them via secured mail on Saturday.

Please be advised that your concern is still in the midst of checking.

Appreciate if you can give us sometimes to look into this matter, we will respond to you within 2 to 3 working days.

Will update again when they get back to me. *fingers crossed, cause I got phone phobia don't like to call people, lol*

Edit - I actually emailed them regarding another matter as well on the same day I asked about the qoo10 transaction and just realised that I got the same template reply from the same cso about how they are checking. Hahaha that does not look good.

Just keep finding reasons to insist on your point that it should be online and eligible for 7% rebate, dun relent. Once relent then they take it that you accepted not getting the 7%.
They told me they can't help it also as it's based on the codes but you can appeal once rebates are posted. They did make it sound like a one off thing though, e.g. just on this time occasion.

I had quite a big transaction from Qoo10 and this month it didn't count. So I called and the CSO said Qoo10 wasn't classified as an online merchant but he would like to offer me a good will credit of 7%.

I thought I always got 7% from Qoo10. I hope this month this thing won't happen.

If he claims it's goodwill, you still dare to buy from Qoo10 this month with this card ar? :s34:

I still paid using scb singpost card this month.. Both Qoo10 & Singtel bill.. $857.10 already..

The CSO told me it's a one-off issue with their system.. But if qoo10 also not considered online.. i think all online cards can just throw away liao..

I just applied for this card but have not received it yet. Will I be able to immediately check via ibanking and know if a certain posted transaction is valid for 7% rebate? Or would I have to do my own calculations and check against the total rebate amt only when it's posted the following mth?

Good to know that this is a one-off system issue. If no rebate for Singtel and Qoo10, really can throw away this card.

March Transactions (for Apr Rebate)
1. M1 (Online) - 7%
2. Redmart - 7%
3. Another Redmart - 2% (According to CSO, this transaction was counted as supermarket but they agreed it should be considered online and hence will give 7%).
4. Qoo10 - 0.2% (According to CSO, Qoo10 submitted as offline. They agree to give 7% this time round).
5. Expedia - 7% (But 1% Visa fee)

Redmart has all along been given 2% for this card.. it's an online supermarket can't fault scb for choosing the lower rebate
