Best, I secured mail ask them why my cashback don't tally with the amount I calculated. I had like 7 online transactions and 1 offline. CSO still can tell me that asides from the offline transaction (the transaction details were listed out), everything else got 7% which means my cashback amount is correct.

I blur leh, thought I count wrongly so count 2 more times. No leh really is short of $9.70 which would make sense if my $194 qoo10 transaction only got 2% instead of 7%.

Have asked CSO to check again. Zzz.

I also didn't receive any rebates for shopee purchase. Wrote in to them and told them I bought it through shopee.sg and paid online with OTP. They said if need OTP is online transaction but help me to adjust out of goodwill. Next time use this SC need to be more careful. More and more exclusions.

The CSO gave me the cash back without me asking for it. Just telling you all that shopee may not earn cash back in future already

CSO have replied, and mentioned the following

After investigating, we realized there was a change in the Visa code sent to Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited that resulted in these transactions not being recognized as an eligible online transaction.

Transactions:
- SINGTEL-MYBILL SINGAPORE SG
- STBILL SINGAPORE SG
- STARHUB EPAYMENT SINGAPORE SG
- QOO10 SINGAPORE SG
- GRAB COM SINGAPORE SG
- GRAB

We have updated these merchants in the online merchant inclusion list and they will be eligible to receive the Online Cashback from 5th May 2017 onwards.

So I guess from this month onwards, it will be better.

yup, got problem in the morning, only shown past txn.

My billing cycle is on the 5th. Rebate is not in yet. CSO said will be reflected tonight.
