Same here. Didnt receive any sms or email. Not sure if they will honour previous terms since our card is literally not the spree card lol

I sent in an inquiry online and got this reply "Please be advised the revised card benefits will automatically apply on your card and reflected in transactions charged and reflected in your credit card statement issued from 15 November 2017 onwards.

Please be inform for transactions that are charged and reflected in your statement before 15 November 2017 will continue to enjoy the existing card benefits. However, for transactions that are charged and reflected in your statements issued from 15 November 2017 onwards, the new card benefits will apply."

Is anyone able to confirm this piece of info? I don’t see it stated anywhere publicly, and neither has it been conveyed to us individually.

for online shopping and telcom bill payment, i think DBS live is the "best" as of now. But need to spend over $700 to get 5% cashback.

how is it possible that SCB is just starting T&C with immediate effect for Singpost CC? even Manhattan card also got notify in advance in the statement like 2 months prior to the new T&C starting Nov but not Singpost card.

gonna dispute this, effectively it's still singpost platinum visa credit card. and mine's the old Black Color version without paywave function.

notice that the website is still up for singpost plat visa but the apply now button is no longer there:

Thanks ... anyway, my transaction is not charged yet, so looks like I won't be using this at all, since the new T&C may be with immediate effect..

May I know the content of your secured msg to SC? How did you phrase your inquiry?

Better to call CSO to clarify further than to later dispute and not get the cashbacks.
Agree that they could have done better to notify customers by post or sms & include the effective date of change.

Ah, I see. I will msg to ask them too as my statement date is on the 27th. Let’s see if their replies are the same.
