I believe you need to make reservation at least 3 days before collection.

It used to charge exactly what Netflix charged $13.98 but this month they changed to Netflix NL instead of SG and charged additional to my charge $14+. Had sent a query but suspect that it became overseas spent and need to charge dcc?

They will just deduct from future cashback, so you might notice not receiving cashback for subsequent spending.

You can't load Google pay as it's not a prepaid wallet. Think you may need to check with SCB. Not sure what are their limits on paywave. I don't think can paywave $2k

SCB limits still apply. If I'm not wrong, can only paywave $500, but you may want to check with them. Not sure if can paywave multiple times

I believe so, if you're looking for something with no min spend
