For those with statement on 5th, did anyone get your cash rebate credited for Sep spendning?

It used to be credited on 6th.

Here is how you can check after the transactions is posted, how much rebate is awarded, 1% or 2%. Download the transactions in PDF from internet banking. At the bottom of the last page shows the current balance and rewards points available. From the rewards points shown, you can tell how much cash rebate you going to get for that statement. Every 1 point = $0.01. After the statement is generated, it resets to 0. If you see 30 points, you going to get $0.30 rebate.

Hi wanna ask Currently standard chart having Xmas promotion for $150 spending you get to play their game and win cashback, however I don't uds if grabpay top up is included or not. Because in their clause stated:

Any top-ups or payment of funds to any prepaid cards (with exception of EZ-Reload), prepaid accounts, digital wallets including but not limited to Grab, Singtel Dash, WorldRemit Singapore, YouTrip or any other accounts as the bank may specify from time to time;

Including but not limited to means included right. But I call cso to cfm she say not included even if I show her this clause.

Not limited to means not just the listed. If there are others for example revolut they will also be excluded.

Same, first they dont want to waive my Manhattan card, but i suck thumb lan lan because the cashback is very good and the card is no longer offered.

Now they refuse waiver for my spree again, and im gonna cancel this one coz it's getting stupid.

Grab is not named as an exception to no cashback.

Was it there before? Has it been removed?

Hmm I got waiver for both spree and unlimited, very minimal spending maybe $200+ per month combined

You need to spend more.

I spent more than you can imagine, maybe thats why because they are not waiving it for me because they want take to back those cashback i earned.

In fact, I suspect that the less you use, the higher chance that it will get waived.
