Do you happen to know whether the rebate is rounded or truncated to 2 decimal place?

my rebate is computed to 2 decimal places

why does it matter ?

Past 2 times the difference was close to $20 each for my case but got them credited. If less than $1, than perhaps not worth the bother ??

as others do, keep a excel of your spend & compute the rebate (7% online, 2% groceries, 0.2% others). end of month compare against actual rebate u get. If short, call CSO to request a review. If successful, get balance rebate credited within a few days.

Past 2 months, SCB has been more than fair with how they handled my requests so I have no concerns. The online merchants I patronise are pretty much the same every month.

Yes, they can go through line by line if you request for it specifically, not on the spot, but will revert in a few days.

I only used this card for online... Lol. Will spend 858 n see if i can get the 60$ full

I sign up for the card at COMEX...Now just waiting for the card to arrive...Still thinking on whether to use my DBS Live Fresh this month...Will call DBS tomorrow regarding the $80 cashback...If I'm not getting any cashback for the DBS Live Fresh, I would just put the DBS card one side and use the StanChart Singpost card since I would be getting $50 cashback...

I thought will get $80 cashback and to replace the Frank Card for online purchase...I read the Terms and Conditions of DBS and I am still confused on what they are trying to say...

As stated in the FAQ need to be first 5000 applicant each month ...... to get the $60 portion. Think they saying they not sure if they are the first 5000. So rather use scb singpost for the $50 cashback.

I sign up and got approved on 01 September...I am not sure if I am the first 5,000...Some more must wait for 3 months for cashback and rebates would come after 2 months...it is a huge risk to use the card...

Well you will still get 6% + 3xpoints for online transactions, which is good rebate without considering the sign-up bonus

Sign-up bonus really important one...I get a mini fridge, udder ice cream and $50 cashback for StanChart Singpost with 7% rebate for online purchase...Compare that to DBS Live Fresh 6% + 3x points which will be credited in 2 months and don't know whether I would get $80 for signing up online...If you were me, would you spend your $500 this month with StanChart or DBS?
