There is no list, only based on past experiences

so far SCB has been quite fair IMO. they will credit rebates, upon request by calling CSO, for legitimate online transactions, even those that were subsequently processed offline (without our knowledge)

because how would we know which online transactions would be processed offline?
totally invisible to the consumer

Don't need to argue one; just explain patiently & nicely to the CSO and most (if not all) of the time, they will top up the difference for you. Have done it over a dozen times as Visa cant capture some transactions as "online" i.e. Groupon.

For uber and grab, I had no luck. Several cso had refuse to top up

You would have gotten the $138 credited when your card was approved. There's no qualifying transaction required.

hello guys, just a question on the 7% rebates for online spending @ qoo10 and lazada. if i bought 4 gift cards at qoo10 for $388, and a monitor at lazada for $309, my rebates for this month will be $697/0.7 = $48.79?
