i just made a call and placed on hold for abt 2 min.
after tat was told that they verified that it is consider as online transaction and will do manual adjustment for me. i should see the full rebate in my account after 2 to 3 working days..

jus done so... will rebate me the amount..

I forgot i use mobile app or computer to make the payment, probably mobile app do not consider online payment is the system.

Coincidentally,i also use mobile app this time round. Normally i use com. Is this the reason?

My statement date is 12 March, gotten 7% cashback for starhub and singtel payments made on 12Feb and 24Feb respectively.

Will check my brother's statement later...his statement date 23March and had singtel charged on 4 March.

My brother's statement date 23 march, had singtel charged on 23 feb. Received the 7% rebate.

Yes, i used my PC logon to starhub website and charged to cc on 12feb, got 7% in my march 12 statement.

I didn't receive my rebate for paying from Singtel website too. Just sent them a message.

Ytd I notice that my Qoo10(Gift Card) transaction was not calculated in latest cash back.

Called CSO and told them I bought something from Qoo10 and no cashback was rewarded. CSO put me on hold for 5min then revert that he will do a manual cashback to my account, he also noted that this is normal case as Visa/master side didn't categories the transaction as online.


Haii so troublesome....

I always say web and they will help me do manual cash back.

I think Singtel could be a wider problem as other online cards also do not seem to get it. May not be limited to SCB alone.
