My transactions last month was for qoo10, shopee and M1. Instead of $45 cashback only got $18. Just did a quick tally. Looks like my qoo10 transactions were the ones that got 0.2%. Seeeeriously SCB. :s8:

But on the plus side, looks like m1 still included. :s22:

0.2%? Not even 2% as shared by others? Definitely should call and appeal. To be fair think Qoo10 might have done something to cause this.

When I chat with CSO if pay via app will be STBILL SINGAPORE SG
if pay via online web will be SINGTEL-MYBILL SINGAPORE SG.

I just paid via online web it stated Singtel My Bill, so hopefully still can get rebate this month

The post just above yours saying paid via Singtel website and not getting 7% rebate. What the transaction is stated as don't really matter, unless the CSO is saying one have 7% but the other don't.

Haha what did Qoo10 do?

I emailed SCB yesterday to ask for breakdown of transaction cashbacks to confirm. Then will ask them why previous months I can get and now cannot and see what they say to that. Hopefully they will at least honour this month's one. Worse come to worse don't use this card for future spendings on Qoo10 if they say no more.

But will be damn sad lar. 7% leh.. :(

I paid starhub bills on 21/02 and 28/02 online. These transactions are within the same window period.

21/02 - 7%
28/02 - 0.2% or so...

The change of rebates should occur within this window. Wrote an email but CSO just give lengthy explanations...

28/02 - 0.2% or so...

The 21st Feb one is likely still posted in Feb, the 28th one sure posted in Mar... so something happened to the Starhub category on 1st Mar

Does this card rebates includes Insurance Premium?
E.g: Like using Prudential iPay Portal to play online.

Guess have to find other cards to pay Singtel or starhub bills liaoz.. Basically all online cards will not work liao (based on various discussions).

Sometimes maybe UOB one will be a wise choice since no need to care about MCC codes
