I didnt get the full $60 rebate in this month's bill cycle too. I have too many small transactions in it that i can't pinpoint which is causing the rebates to reduce. But judging from the comments here, i just assume it's my Singtel & Starhub bill payments. I called in and the CSO is happy to credit back the rebate shortfall. And i see the rebate top up in online banking few days later. Quite efficient i must say

it's just kinda troublesome if you need serveral transactions to hit the max rebates; best is air tix and 1-2 more transactions totalling >/=857, then it's clear cut $60 rebates. but can't complain about "free money" LOL.

For Qoo10, if no extra charge, pay via paypal, should work.

Use paypal can get 7% .

I kena coz one of my transaction never posted by cut off date, no rebate for my S$550 spend that month. So sad...

called cso and they adjusted the difference.

likewise for my wife, her singtel shop online didnt get it. cso also adjust.

Anyone spent on Zalora recently on this card?

My transaction on 24 Mar did not get 7% cashback, just dropped them a message.

They credited the difference manually. Their system indicator is getting quite patchy :/

Maybe you wanna check out BOC Family card. Spend $500 can get 5% cashback on online purchases and max is $100 cashback, if never hit $500 still can get 0.5% cashback lor, looks like a better card card to use.

I think with all these cc giving cashback for online merchant spending is ridiculous.

We as consumers have no idea whether the online merchant will classify it as online transaction.

We will only know when we check on our statement and rebates.

N more n more these so-called online merchant do not classify our transaction as online.

This is getting so much fun!
