Not quite. It means all transactions on any bill produced before 15 Nov will be under current TnC. If your billing date is the 16th of the month, all transactions posted from 15 Oct - 16 Nov will be under the new TnC. So do take note of the your billing date.

But let's wait till the full details of the new scheme are out on 9 Oct along with details of how they work during the transition period.

Oic. I was referring to the this part of the reply from the CSO "Please be inform for transactions that are charged and reflected in your statement before 15 November 2017 will continue to enjoy the existing card benefits." Not really consistent with the rest of the reply. Missing the word 'issued' after the word 'statement'?

Yup poorly worded. That's why I said we should wait for detailed TnC. But my feel is that the new rules will have to be effective with a new statement. How else will they be able to determine the correct minimum spend if two rules apply within a statement?

yes. note that optimum spend on this card for online is ard $857 , better off to split the purchase to other cc

I chose pickup (today), so will it affect at all? Actually they didnt exactly mention what exactly will change, right? :)

If they have available stock then should be no issue.
