I spent $900+ on online spending they only give me $24 rebates for july statement, call them a guy say call me back in one-two days never got back.

Third day i wrote in thru the ibanking mailbox, they reply me with whole full page of redundant information on the card criteria (need min spend of $600, need to be online spending bla bla bla) and only one sentence is key point, there was a merchant refund, i reply that after refund i still hv $850 + online spending what about it?

Scb products r quite ok, but once u kenna dispute liaising with them can be blood vomitting..

Maybe some of the transactions not considered online?

My spending on july statement was 782.20. And rebate is $50
I wonder when will the new TnC ($600 spendiing for $60 rebate) comes in?

If your spending was done in June, the max rebate is $50, $60 rebate if for transactions from 1 Jul

Estatement, transaction was posted on 23june, lazada to be exact, about $870. Statement date on 22nd july. Cashback credited on 23 July. $60.

Oh I see, this is better than what I heard from the CSO prior to 1 Jul

Just had the fun of trying to change the phone number registered for this card. Called in with the new number, and they said they can only change the phone number by having their CS call the old number. Guess I'm not going to be logging into online banking anymore....

called SCB regarding my cashback in the afternoon, and after 15 minutes of being put on hold, they told me they're gonna forward my case to the investigation dept (???)

Anyway, the card design updated liao!

Manhattan is Mastercard Paypass.

But Paywave seems to be the commonly used word.

for scb cc, which one will i get the card faster?

my current credit limit is 5k, i intend to get 7k instead (in case i need to spend on manhattan max out the rebate).

in the internet banking cc application option
- let bank decide new limit
- i dictate new limit (7k)

which one is faster? income no change. priority is to get the card quick quick so that i can start using it for sep. the new 7k limit is not that impt, sort of by the way but i dun wan that to delay my cc approval.
