got the card yesterday. activated it yesterday. i should be still eligible for the SG50 promo right?

you must spend a minimum sum of S$500 in eligible retail transactions (which do not include the transactions listed below in Clause 3) (based on transaction posting date) on the Eligible Card within 30 days of the card approval date (“Minimum Spend Criteria”). For the avoidance of doubt, transaction posting date means the date on which the transaction is posted to your account after the Bank has received the transaction information from the merchant.

i called the CSO and she said that when i applied, this promotion wasn't tagged to my application. no promotions were tagged to my application. is this sg50 promo applicable when i sign up under this promo or it applies when i meet the criteria?

Mine went smoothly yesterday. Did 3 transactions and didn't encounter any problem.

i've gotten my card on 31st dec and they told me that the cycle is every 16th. so that means from 16th Dec - 16th Jan is the period where i need to hit minumum $600? and they told me due date is around Feb 8th.

i'm new to this so bear with me. what i understand is since i gotten the card on 31st Dec, that means my current cycle ends on 16th Jan? so i have to hit $600 by 16th Jan? and i have to pay the amount by around 8th Feb?

i don't see any details of my cycle or my due date via the ibanking.

Yup what you said is correct. Or you can ask them to adjust your statement date

just to be clear, cycle ends every 16th (ie 16th is the last posting date) or new cycle starts every 16th (ie ends 15th) ?

thanks. i actually did ask them but since the due date is in line with when i get my pay, i think it's fine for me.

will the statement date n due date only be reflected via ibanking after my first full cycle?

Thanks for the replies. I tried again and it finally works today. Hopefully the last two days failed transactions don't appear in the card statement.
