Seem like cannot for Thai Hertz. https://www.hertzthailand.com/faq.php

But other country Hertz like can but subject to some condition.

Best if u can call up Hertz sg or email Hertz Thailand to ask.

However, there may be a problem when putting down the deposit. Not sure how you going to put the security deposit without cc though. Think is 5k baht.

I don't know. Just feel like the pricing like quite expensive personally but it's a Civic. And if plus full coverage then yeah. Probably ok for some people.

Anyway. U don't need a Civic. A jazz, city etc will do. Why pay more for nothing?

Yea I chose the Civic compared to City or Jazz... cos of the comfortable ride.. large boot space.. and 1.8l of engine power giving a good ride up...

In case other people take reference. Normal sedan is good enough to go up. Civic is just bonus.

Start with BKK, rent car from City, go KY and return car at airport
Or from airport , take rental car straight to KY, return car in BKK city ?

Probably I think for me will be going to Khao yai first because am afraid that there will be jam if I were to go to the airport from Khao yai. So safer will be Khao yai then Bangkok, at least you know you are nearer to the airport.

Usually. I will always be back to bkk to stay for one night no matter where I go.. so won't scare that will miss flight or what.
