Really depends. Once I was queuing behind a very old man with shaky hand. He took a long time to pay then I was getting impatient inside, didn't show. Then finally my turn, I insert my card n key in number, not approved, I tried 2nd n 3rd time, also got problem then end up use cash. I apologise to the old lady behind me but she smiled n said it happens sometimes. Then I felt bad being so impatient to the old man in front of me.
