just noted that they took down the signage that's all..haha

Yeah.. haha.. the signage have been token fown for 1-2weeks.. no signs of any work yet . All the trees still looks fine.. except for a few fallen one.. :x

from what i know, you can let your HLE officer know your selection date, and they will try to get it to you by that date.

my HLE is valid till 4th mar 2013. the officer told me signing for my bto project most prolly next yr mar/apr... she said i can just write in to extend lo..

anyway at least there's a CC nearby.. and consists of fair price and prima deli.. there's sg pools too, but i dont gamble

Yeah. Haha.. 1 bad thing about the location is quite a fair bit of walking to the nearest bus stop.. the busstop that they are putting outside our flats also not very sure will accomodate which bus service.

Yeah. Hopefully next year they will proceed with the construction, I live quite nearby, will try to spot for signs of construction.. haha..

Yeah.. its only shown in the map.. haha.. but I guess it most likely would only cater to 34, as it would be out of way for most bus services..

Just note that AHG can only be used for offset the cost of the unit. Stamp duty and legal fee still need to come from your own CPF OA account.

hdb returned letter to inform us that they need more details on my bf's breakdown of salary... really troublesome! they even gave us such short notice and a very early deadline. had to extend it somemore.
