So the average processing time for AHG & signing lease of agreement is getting faster, i.e 2-3 mths.

Have you had any experience with their workmanship?
Am inclined to giving them benefit of doubt since my friends have done the same and they aren't complaining.

I will be sure to let you know when I do regret in 5 years time so you can say "I told you so." Same goes for the other poster who claimed its obvious since I haven't started paying or seen it yet.

My HLE expired in 28 Jan 2013.

When I logged in HDB Infoweb, my HLE was auto extended to 29 Apr 2013.

Didn't know HDB sales so efficient.

I think 3.3k for 2bdrm and living hall the workmanship should be ok..I ask freelance tiles layer if just workmanship is 3dlr per san tiles need to buy urself

they are quite particular on the salary breakdown if it proves inconsistency. until now, mine hasn't been approved. been submitting to and fro these few mths alr.

what documents do they require from you? mine also different income for first few months. until April then is consistent. haven receive any letter from them that they need more documents.

they need a breakdown of the salary verifying the inconsistency. not for me but for my bf.

Hmm.. I am quite worried. waiting for AHG result.

But our AHG application will probably be rejected because main applicant - my bf, only worked 10 months continuously prior to flat application (sep 2012). He took a no-pay job overseas for a few months before that.

I tried asking but the customer service person can't seem to answer me. If rejected can we apply again?? and instead, this time using only me as main applicant? I was studying all the while but worked part time consistently. Can use my 1 year part time pay to apply for AHG?

Yupps.. I believe there would be a reschedule as there will people who definitely wont be able to make it on the given day.. hopefully mine wont clash with my class.. last term so dun wan to miss anything.. haha.. they given u ur appt date alrdy?

haha, nope but we are actually intending to plan for a short vacation. but because they told us it would be around march/apr, we can't proceed with our plans.
