Your CPF not enough for the 5% or what since you sound like time is not on your side.
Selection date is to go book your choice unit. Booking fee is 2K for 4/5rm. It will be refund to you when you sign lease of agreement.

Sign lease of agreement will be about 1 month later. That is when you pay the 5% down payment, stamp duty and legal fees

Edit for you as pointed out by another bro. Well, some people may have misconception that the signing of the lease takes place quite a few months after selection so that they can accumulate enough CPF. So I guess the general rule is that apply only if you have minimally the 5% + all the extra fees should you get a good queue number.

I wanna ask, AHG when approved goes into our CPF right?
Stamp and legal fees can be paid from CPF right? So techncally can be covered by AHG if AHG is enough to cover?

how come u all add 619 to 124??/

Coz i see past btos dropout rates minimum 20-40% one. I use minimum if 20% dropout rate, last number to select is which. 619 + 20% more is 743. Of cos this is very rough estimate and the dropout rate may be higher than 20% :)
