haiyo, can't decide if it's worth getting the OCS...

I think if you were to save $ for other renovation, you can take up the OCS... My frenz using marble for his floor tiles at living room, it still crack easily for only a month or so... i think depend on 50/50 luck bah.

i guess will opt for the living hall and rooms flooring...as i see sample of the ID quote quite steep...even for std flat

In the list of documents to be brought along during the selection, one of them is the payslips/gross income letter from employer but the time period is from Aug 2012 to Nov 2012. How come they require Nov 2012? My appt date is on 4th Nov, so both bf and I won't have our payslips ready for the month of Nov by then. How odd

They need latest 3 month (include Nov) payslip to determine if u earn more than the $10K income ceiling. If at the point of selection u do not have the payslip yet, they will give u a return envelope for u to send back to them 1-2 weeks later. Alternatively, u can also submit via MyDoc@HDB

Oh I thought latest would be up to Oct, if this is the case, then no choice, but so troublesome.
