I booked a flat on 18december , currently now waiting to sign agreement of lease

Before booking my flat , I applied my HLE and its approved but I overlooked it and it expired on 2JAN2013

Do I need to contact HDB to extend my HLE or I need to apply for HLE again?

No need. If they need you to extend they will inform u. This is what HDB told me as my HLE expires in Jan 2013.

I would like to know your opinions on stack 25. Because there are two lifts right outside and the kitchen do not have a window as compared to the other stacks. Is it advisable to take this stack?

I would prefer other stacks, but by the time i choose only left low levels.

the lift door not facing ur main door why worry ? and the lift right only 2 unit of 4rm ...

living hall face south ...main rm wall face east ..only thing is the west sunlight will be minimum in case u wan to dry the clothes.

Wad abt 27? For me, I won't choose a unit near the lift.

Units with main door facing lifts are very bad feng shui - this is based on my experience in selling properties, previous owners that had bought such properties tend not to do very well in those units unless rectification of the feng shui is done.

Less privacy too

Went down today for my selection and took 455B stack 19 above 20 floor. Happy!! Can finally breathe a sigh of relief.

IMO, It depends on your outstanding loan for ur HLE loan amount and your credit bureau report to assess our so called "eligibility" to get the HLE loan.. just my 5cents..

Yeah.. just ensure that you make full payment on time, and have sufficient buffer between ur credit limit and your outstanding balance.. by practising this 2, it should be able to give u good credit worthiness.

haha.. stack 27 and stack 19 is exact same layout. I like it because west sun facing service yard, which means clothes dry faster.

Couldn't get high level for stack 27 so naturally I took 19. Stack 25 and 17 are the same- service yard face inside. By the way, all the kitchens in most new 4 room layouts don't have windows. only service yard.

455A was my last choice coz of the close proximity to the temple.... but ahh anyway good luck and hope you get your choice unit!!
