LOL..Everyday, I walk pass the site and still eagerly take a glimpse, just to see if there's any progress.
I think the multistorey carpark's foundation is up already but that's about it.

Btw, does anyone know if the new loan scheme from HDB will affect us?

New revised shg and max loan of 25 years only applicable for launches starting from July 2013.

I have heard the 453 Chong Boon Market will be closed for good. Someone says will be demolished and rebuilt....

So is which?

Anyway, I doubt will close for good lah. Perhaps just close down and renovate like 409 market.

Cant do the online estimated version one, need to submit then they sort it out I guess.

6-12 months before the mention dates is a good estimate..

Confirmed with the stall-holders @ 453 Food Market. They are closing for full renovation & revamp.

Will be ready by 2017.

HDB Booking meaning that you have already made the OTP or havent got the flat ?. Since you already said you are looking for a bigger condo for kids, then isnt the choice obvious ?.

Yes.. But condo nowadays so pricy.. but the location of the CSC is excellent.. So a big headache.
