It seems that some people who apply have sold of their flats long ago but still owe hdb some payment,bto team refers to branch office, so branch offices will check, settle the outstanding, then get back to bto in-charge team. So if it is not all clear, number will be only released next friday. Just what i heard from a reliable source

Technically, 15th Nov is also early nov. 1-15 Early 16-30 Late.

Some pple want to get the best queue number and they can apply sep bto if result release early like 2 week they can reject previous BTO if get good Q number so I think got high drop out due to these

hmmm you can select flat but cannot pay the flat is always seperate issue...

that why you need to apply HLE before you can sign the lease.

i only think they do this to prevent ppl throwing that 2k to hdb...

You looking at the application rates for sobf compare to bto for the same area and u get your ans..

Electronic ballot..It's a matter of luck..

400 applicants for 300 bto or 500 applicants for 100 sobf..You know the ans..

agreed wif u, actually i myself also pray hard n hope tat i can get a very good queue no for singles cos if missed this sep bto or sobf, then the next nov bto will need to wait for at least 3.5yrs for the flats to be completed liao...
