by the way, anyone here applied under the singles scheme for the 2-rm units here?

u mean sobf at punggol? wah seh, the chances at punggol for singles is very slim leh... actually my earlier intention wanted to choose punggol too but decided to wait a few more days later to see the updated application rates for singles... and when i saw the no of singles applying (i expected it) at hougang and punggol, i knew that i gonna gave up these 2 "hottest contested" areas liao...

bo pian cos i dun wanna compete wif so many singles which further lower down the overall odds for each person. :(

i actually wanted to opt for wdls sbw areas...but its quite a distance frm my wkplace sengang/pongol...moreover i stayed wdls since 1993 liao time for a change...but no scare la...if this time ard cannot get....pongol still got lots of undeveloped areas..

ic, but if let's say u cant get punggol this time round, from next bto onwards, u gonna wait at least 3.5yrs for the flats to be completed.

tat's y hdb show hand all leftover 2-rm flats under sobf in sep and if we cant get it, then really gg liao... :(

haiz....i know...in fact i already predict gg liao...even thou this time round the odds r better than the july 55 to 1, this time de 15 to 1 also not much chance...4 yrs i still can wait( im 1973 de)...rather than get the area i dun wan n regret...:s13:
