grassroot no need to reserve, they are the 1st batch in the Q to book.

Reserve as in they can only select from those unit selected by the system for their scheme as the post above me just confirm.

I believe HDB would wana clear them first so that public wont start asking question on why is that unit blocked?

Unless hdb changed their rules, if not the restriction for grassroots still applies. I am a GRL and got my bto flat last nov. Like what one forumer mentioned, 5% of the unit selected by computer and we can only choose from this pool of units.

ic, the info I checked was even earlier than you. so I think the policy had changed and there's restriction now.

The masterplan cut off date was several months ago and slightly outdated. the commercial plot now should be shrink slightly and residential plot reduced by half and they are studying to squeeze in something there :)

ah ok, any idea what's it going to be? :)

Ya..By the recent time frame from launch till result out..

Late Nov launch, early Dec close, early Jan for BTO results and late Jan for SOBF results..

But you can only apply for BTO or SOBF in Nov..Cant apply for both in the same launch..

Yup im aware can only choose one. Just viewed the no. of application fo sobf in May. Seems that its harder to get a flat from sobf than normal bto.

Is the Q allocated according to area applied? or all Q under sobf.
