Very easy one..Apply for this..

Wait till nearer your jan selection time, see what units remaining..If really bad then just give up and hope for the best..

Even if you dont apply for this, if selection time left with lousy units..You would also have to give up and wait for end Jan launch..

Hello, first time here. I got my Sep 4-rm BTO queue 14xx/1384. Appt date March 2014. Most probably left a few units. But if I apply this coming Jan 2014 project, will i lose the assigned appt date for Sep BTO?

Nope, you will still have the no.

But take note Jan 2014 launch results would only be release in early Mar..So u pray ur current appt is scheduled in mid/late march..

Yupz i understand but tis is repurchased unit who knows u might know the the floor plan from its previous/own launch....

From previously launch, HDB wont keep the files online for that long..

But since u mention it's a sobf, you can probably see from flat details itself but probably nt up yet..

hello.. i am a first timer. i have 2 appt in dec.. if i apply for this month's sbf and decide to give up the 2 appt in dec.. would i be considered as a 2nd timer for this application? or i am still considered 1st timer as of the point of application.

HDB InfoWEB > Login My HDB Page > My Flat > New Flat > Click on reg no and scroll down..

Can be seen until you have went for your selection.

1st appt, select unit then place option fee using cash/nets($1k for 3rm and below, $2k for 4rm and above).

2nd appt then downpayment.
