I got a gd que number 2x for punggol 5 room, but pls pardon me to ask a qns to have the best out of both world. I apologize if I happened to anger anyone here who do not got a gd que num.

Coz this BTO is too far from completion, I wished to get my flat ready in 1 or 2 yrs time. The reason I still go for this sept ballot is because sales of balance flats is always heavily oversubscribed, thats y I rather be safe to choose punggol sept bto since its afterall a gd project.

However, anyone could advised me if I still stand chance to participate for coming nov sales of balance flat without giving up on punggol sept bto? If is possible, I dun mind forfeit my downpayment if I happen to select my unit before the released results of Nov sales of balance flat.

Your partner, the other applicant can also select the flat without your presence. Please get documents ready for submission on the day of selection. You r required to sign the hdb package as well. check with them if they can send before you fly off. Otherwise. Come back also can sign n return back to hdb.

Your ballot result is too good..By the time the results for Nov SOBF is out, you would have long selected the unit for the Sept BTO..

Once u select ur unit, any existing application would be automatically cancelled..Like d3fcon bro, he selected his Telok Blangah unit ytd, today Sept results out and it's automatically cancelled.

If both applicants are unavailable to select the flat, authorization form is needed to appoint one person go down..

Just wondering, does HDB disqualify applicants who did not meet the eligibility criteria only after the balloting?

Curious how euchristelle managed to apply since she mentioned she is 20. :\

Why not? below 21 also can apply but is considered as occupier. See here

yah that is true, already very lucky first time apply can get flat immediately instead of waiting for few years, cannot hiam too much. Consolation is will be much cheaper bah

By the 2nd appt which is signing of lease agreement..

Few of us(me included) applied HLE after knowing the results so that i have a rough gauge of the loan amt(Probably gonna be lower for the final HLE before key collection) and choose a unit.

Even if expired before 2nd appt, they would usually auto extend for you(Like mine)..
