hey thanks bro ! so go down to choose unit then apply? Will the HLE be out on time for the second appointment?

HLE 1-2 weeks..

No 2nd appt would be scheduled if any grants or HLE is not approved..

Can apply after 1st appt, approval usually not more than 2 weeks. They will only schedule your 2nd appt after hle and ahg application settled. Some 2nd appt can be dragged by ahg which in some cases don't know why take many months.

hmm my queue number is 225 out of 234 completed sales of balance flat for 2 rooms single scheme. So i assume those single who apply will all sure get it? That means i will get the sucky units lah ? :s22:
At least you'll confirm get one! :s12:
yah that is true, already very lucky first time apply can get flat immediately instead of waiting for few years, cannot hiam too much. Consolation is will be much cheaper bah :s12:
Exactly! You are lucky to get within the number of units available. One thing good, it'll be cheaper. :D
yea...but think bo hope to even secure a sucky unit...lolz

but still better than july which is totally bo num...:s13:
Me too. that's why I am happy at least this time I got a number, cos I know there are people who didn't get number for both times. :(
Estate : Woodlands (Woodlands Dew)
Flat-Type : 2-room
No. of Flats : 244
Your balloted queue position : 13x

Any chance i can get high floor?
Haa... different people have different things to worry about.
Got small number - worry about any good fengshui units available.
Got moderate number - worry if there are any units on high floors left.
Got big number - worry if there is ANY units left over. :D

Question:

If I fall within the allocated number but the units left are not of what I want and I give up, I will fall into 2nd timer in the next bto. Assuming I get number again but still is those high end numbers and don't get the flat i want, I kanna ban for 1 year from bto??

So die die within 2 chance must pick a unit?

I got 2300/1384 (4room Punggol)

Sad i can't get anything but happy its far far away from the available units cause i really don't want to be forced to take 2nd or 3rd floor units. Those kena 1200-1600 sure sian half ... Waste 1 chance unless u willing to take <5th floors unit.

This was part of the email.

You may choose not to book a flat in this exercise. However, if you do not book a flat in a BTO / Sale of Balance Flats exercise on two occasions when you are given a chance to do so, the following will apply:

For First-timer Applicants

Your subsequent flat applications in our sales exercises will be placed in the second-timer category for one year. During the one-year period, if you turn down another two chances to book a flat, the one-year period will be extended, i.e. your subsequent applications will be placed in the second-timer category for one year from the date of your latest flat selection appointment.

For Second-timer Applicants

You will not be allowed to participate in any of our sales exercises for one year.

correct me if im wrong. pardon me as im a first timer.

so for the next step is choosing of unit(which will be done in mid nov).

1. applying of any grant (SHG/AHG), is it only to be done in this 1st appointment?

2. paying of options fee.

The grant form will be printed by the officer during the 1st appt.

2. paying of options fee.
And the option fee will be paid after all the paper work is done, during the 1st appt.

Not really. You will still be considered as 1st timer although you will be treated as 2nd timer chances. You will never be banned but you will continue to be treated as 2nd timer chance of getting flat for the next one yr from the date of your last flat selection appointment date.

hehe congrats! :) me also got 19X as a queue number!

i wonder how many queue numbers can be called within a day... assuming they call for 10 queue numbers a day, by the time we get called down, will be almost day 20... i.e. mid-Dec?

but that's provided that the selection starts by mid-Nov as planned...

They might start with 5 first then move to 10 daily. It's not a everyday affair thou..Also gonna account for July selection which is still ongoing..
