As long as one applicant under 30 at pt of application then can do staggered downpayment.

Simplify explanation,

1st Appt:
- $2000 option fee for 4rm and above, $1000 for 3rm and below

2nd Appt:
- 5% Downpayment from CPF(Cash top if not enough)
or - 10% Downpayment from CPF(Cash top if not enough inside O/A)
- Stamp fees, conveyancing fees etc etc from CPF

3rd appt(Taking possession of unit)
- Remaining 5% DP(If eligible for staggered DP)
- CPF wipe out before final loan amt is known(Straight to this is not eligible for staggered DP)..

Hi is there a possibility for 2nd timer to pay only 5% downpayment during second appt as cpf not enough :D

Make sure you have enough CPF monies for the stamp fees and such also which adds up to a few thousand depending on your target unit price.

Eh. any idea what's the past drop out rate for punggol?

I don't think we know the drop out rate for booking, unless we monitor the booking on the HDB website everyday. But it is still not accurately know who actually drop out.

For those who haven't select, you can log in and it will show the last Q for the day. from there you can check everyday how many dropped out.

Hi gixxerfied, how to calculate all these mentioned fees?

stamp duty is (3% * price of HDB flat) - $5400.

this is IF the HDB flat costs > $360k..

CPF confirm enough to cover one... if you've been working for a few years + your SO also got CPF mah.. :)
