Which project did u apply? If the project has start it's selection, the queue no. will show when u login to My HDBPage > My E-services > Application Status - New Flat > Ref/Reg no.

Sembawang 2-room, Yes... I have a Quene no 33x.

But I did not see the Last Quene No for the day, as someone actually see it. Is it due to I still too far away from the Quene ?

Regarding AHG -
Will there be any problem applying for AHG if currently one of us is a owner of a hdb flat? But will withdraw as owner fr the current flat only b4 keys collection in a few yrs time (never take any grant for the current flat). Can we still apply for AHG? We are both first timers

I don't think we know the drop out rate for booking, unless we monitor the booking on the HDB website everyday. But it is still not accurately know who actually drop out.

someone good in IT should create the excel like how the March BTO ! hahaha.

Excel needs to be manually updated. Unless someone here has a q no which is near the no of units of the project. It's hard to keep track as one can only see up till the day of his/her selection. After which the status would changed when you login to My HDB Page.

I m under TCP and PPS scheme but q no 19X.... 3rd week jan... I wonder are all the q nos before me are all priority schemes too??

Nope, dont think so.

When you apply under MCPS, you just get more tickets to throw into the whole lot so that chances of getting a good no is higher.

A normal 1st timer would have 2 ticket thrown in, while a 1st timer with MCPS priority would have an addition of 2 more chances..Means a total of 4 tickets into the wild ballot and the best no would be assigned to the applicant. If let say the assigned no isnt riding on a MCPS ticket then can let HDB know to opt out of the scheme(Parents wont have restriction).

For your PPS scheme, you get this below.

The Parenthood Priority Scheme (PPS) helps first-timer married couples with children to buy their first home. Under the PPS scheme, 30% of the BTO flat supply and 50% of the SBF flats will be set aside.

And for your TCP scheme,

The TCP Scheme is meant to encourage families to have more than two children. Up to 5% of the available flat supply is set aside for offer to TCP applicants. If you are eligible to apply for the TCP Scheme, your application will be included in a first round of ballot with other TCP applicants.

So, it all boils down to luck, the no of applicants for individual scheme and such.

Off topic, i nv use any scheme but i got 026 for May 2013 CCK 4rm and have seen others who nv use any scheme getting under 20.

can someone confirm the q number u see in myhdb is actually the last q number to be inivited for that day, regardless of what time u check it.

I have checked in morning, afternoon, and just now the last q number doesn't change but the available units left changes.

The no shown is the last applicant to be called up for selection as of today. You check in the morning or night will be the same..

Of cos the no of available unit changes cos they dont go together at the same time to select their unit. Check at the end of the day to have a more confirm ans.
