check at the end of the day unless the 15 was seen ytd as well.

i got a queue number of ED700+ for Yishun 3 Room. As far as I know there is only abt 300+ flats in Yishun for this BTO. Why they still ask me go down on 15 Apr 2014 to book a flat??

Just wondering, if i pay 2k during my flat selection, so when downpayment date comes, they will refund me the 2k? can i use it to offset the downpayment on the spot? plus whatever i will need to top up with cash for downpayment as cpf not enough?

If cpf not enough to pay for downpayment, the 2k will be used to offset.

Nope, 655 is not blocked if it's at high floor.

Yup, you're right, 15th floor still can overlook the 8th floor in front which is about 30 metres away. But the clearance is not a lot, so someone who selects say the 13th floor may have the view blocked.

Those scheduled for March has probably ballot results which is far from the no of available units.

And they dont have selection every day for 1 single project.
