the second appt is usually 3 to 4 mths later or we can choose(need more times cos cpf not enough:D)

I delayed almost a mth. Not sure how much u can push back. Need call ur officer to arrange for u. The online one only can change within 1 week or so.

Nope..Strictly on 2nd appt..And you need to have a valid HLE and also any AHG/SHG which you applied for must be approved/rejected before a 2nd appt is scheduled..

For HLE, i did it online so nv read thru this part if it's in the package. Rem it's latest 3 months payslip and 12 months CPF contribution for both..

For AHG/SHG, required documents would be listed in the package which they send to you.

HLE must be shown during the 2nd appt. in any case HLE can be easily done within a week. Mine took 3 working days. AHG + SHG has to be done during 1st appt. Any outstanding doc can be done but must be within 2 weeks from the 1st appt.

today rcd the invitation letter..app on 29th Jan... q num 361 over 187 ..seriously wats the point?

i dun believe the drop out rate so high until i still stand a chance to select any flat:s13:

Upgrader here...1st appt pay 2000 for selection. ..2nd appt must pay how much in cash and cpf..let say
Cash not enough. ..can I pay through cpf

You may pay in Cash and CPF. Usually, buyers will consider to pay in CPF 1st. If not enough, they are required to top-up in cash. If not enough cash, then go for Housing Loan.

Huh? If use cpf pay, not enough I know can use cash. If still not enough can rely on housing loan???
