Check w you guys, on the 1st appt to select flat, we can apply HLE n AHG w the officer but can we submit the documents online after the appt or we have to bring all the documents during the 1st appt?

If u miss out any docs they'll tell u to mail back. Around 1 week i believe

My date of selection is 20 Jan 2014. I have just received mine on Thursday.

Good for those who finds it hard to cough out 6-7k cash for it..

But generally, the design sucks..

Flooring for living / dining room and bedrooms : $5,000
Internal doors^ and sanitary fittings: $3,420

Above for 4rm.Total of $8420. 25 years HDB loan would be $11700..$3280 interest over 25 years which isnt that bad..

acty for those who appear to have little or no chance of securing a unit b'ços of a less than ideal number, be warned. previously my queue number was more than 1.5 times the number of units and still i got called up. Needless to say, left only about 10 odd level 2 and 3 units.

they cruelly penalised me by removing one chance. it'll be better to get a astronomically high number with no appt date than to get a 360/180units number i'd say.

That means if you are invited to book a flat and you end up not booking, you will kena penalized? I thought they only penalize people who booked flat and subsequently reject it.

of course. that's considering forfeiting one chance, two times and you lose your first-timer status for a year (i.e. one less balloting ticket in the goldfish bowl and only 15% of units are allocated to 2nd-timers in BTO projects).

in short, don't lose your first-timer status if u can help it.

hmmm maybe something happen? nowadays couple like to fun fun apply, then drop out later. i got friends apply TPY BTO early this year i think or last year, damn good number, end up drop out cause unsure about future with each other. these kind of people -.-

nobody could explain why but one thing for sure, we are seeing prices start to slide... people complaining about smell within punggol area... blah blah... but the current sample size too small liao.. so it's difficult to draw any conclusion...
