I found site B blk 39 4rm number 274 the kitchen small but the hall is big while 278 kitchen big with a smaller hall.

BTW, did you guys choose to have the kitchen wall. additional SGD700.

278 also has a more private route with a type of corner layout. however its next to muti purposed hall and playground so a tad noisy. But when u are older, I think noise is a welcome relieve to dead silence

Is ok, i dont even have chance for Site A or B for 5 room my number is so bad that i hv to start planning for alternatives

They better build it nicely and as nice as skyville and skyterrace cos ours much more expensive!

Come 2020, there will still be SBF. Some like my cousin will not meet the conditions when time comes to collecting the keys. My cousin will certainly 'refuse' to meet the conditions as he wants compensation, though he has already selected his unit on a 22nd floor.

a little tough .. but you can call HDB to get a more accurate status.

My understanding is Site A was gone super fast as that was a better development. Next was Site B
