Full cash 300k! Haha

Queue for the brochure this morning and met a old auntie. Friendly and nice talking to her. Sometime I feel older estate people are kind and friendly.

Haha anyway...I'm not young anymore but to her I'm still young. Left the collection with a bye bye to her and auntie replied will meet again if are fated.

Went for the brochure this morning, saw a guy qqing to the hdb officer about the price of site b balcony units not adhering to the guidelines set for 108sqm flats as per sers notice.

Guess alot of people have underestimated the price for top preferred units.

Hi All, nice to know you guys. I'm also one of families affected by sers. Our q for 4 room is terrible. Selection date on July. Btw, anybody knows what is the last q for 3 room?

Not sure. So far no one in this forum applied for 3R. Are you considering to switch to 3R?
My queue no for 4R ain't good too but since the supply is 1k+, we should be able to get a reasonably good unit.

Yup yup. Already check with my officer, still can switch, but need to go back of the Q. Back for us, back of the q not really affecting us now. LOL

Hi guys,
Collected the brochures today. Enquired with hdb officer and there is no need to reapply HLE again as we have got our HLE approved during registration of the flat. We can use the same HLE to select the flat.

How about the 2k booking fee? Does it applies to us too?

Hi guys, to add on I also checked that you can also secure a unit without HLE or bank letter of approval during the day of selection.however they are mandatory required when collecting keys. So must die die clinching to a job.

Yes it doesn't matter if you don't meet the HLE. It's the HLE when collecting keys that matter, you just surrender your unit if you can't meet it. Case in point C10 LV 37

Ii remember reading somewhere, no need option fee...
I think is on the same page ...
No need option fee if you just want the letter of confirmation
But if you want to be issued "option to purchase" as it is required in your bank loan application, the option fee will be $2k for 4R/5R

The HDB officer says that you will be given a form to fill
There are 3 options: bank loan, hdb loan and no loan
If you change your mind, you will need to notify them again

For people who bought Tanglin Halt/C'weath Drive after the SERS announcement, was it made known before that there is a need to pay $10,000 on top of the purchase price of replacement flat under SERS? This applies to anyone who is not the original SERS flat owners.

I thought only applies to SC/SPR household?

I quote document SOS/RST/SERSLEGEND/02022016

SERS flat buyers who are first timer Singapore Citizen/SC/SPR need to pay $10,000 premium.

5R documents from HDB. In the blue paper documents, first white sheet.

Hi All,

I'm thinking of starting a Whatsapps chatgroup for ourselves(Tanglin heartlanders). Objectives are discussing on topic of the selection process, loan, fungshui, location, renovation ( sharing of PM plan to skip the ID charges, mass buying, etc ), collection, etc .

Please PM me your number if interested, and will start the group if there's enough participants. :)

Called up sers office. They told me only applies for SC/SPR only. The whole paragraph is referring to this group. Look at the last part of the sentence that say 'if' you are SC/SPR household. Do share if anyone got different answer from your officer. Cheers...
